In the 19th century, tourism came to Wengen and Grindelwald with well-to-do English gentlemen and their propensity for clambering up all the mountain peaks in sight. Today, the spirit of this era still lingers on in our valleys.

What does this have to do with us, you ask? In keeping with time-honoured English tradition, the Wengen-Männlichen Aerial Cableway has introduced a Welcome Ticket (coffee lovers rest easy – we serve your favourite beverage too!).
